The University of Idaho Environmental Law Society presents a panel discussion in celebration of the 50th anniversary of The Wilderness Act. Discussion topics include the potential for Congressional approval of new Wilderness and efforts to do so nearby, the state of Wilderness research, and Wilderness management challenges such as wildfire, drought, and climate change. Panel members include University of Idaho faculty, and representatives of the Idaho Conservation League, The Wilderness Society, and Wilderness Watch.
