Full Moon Sound Bath

Join Nara Woodland of Brain Body Balance Sound for a restorative sound bath under the full moon in the Greenhouse at PCEI’s Palouse Nature Center. If you haven’t ever had a sound bath with singing bowls, this is a great opportunity to try it—we’re sure you’re going to love it. Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, flashlight, and water.
