Science After Hours: The Science and Art of Wine

October 6, 2016 @ 7:00 pm-8:30 pm

Join us for this monthly science series in conjunction with Moscow First Thursdays. Learn all the things you never knew you wanted to know in a casual, laid-back atmosphere. One World Cafe will host this month’s Science After Hours from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Bring an open mind, and perhaps an open palate too! Wine available for purchase for those aged 21 and older.

Charles Edwards, Washington State University — Wine Fermentation: Why does my red wine smell odd? •

Bryce Blankenship, University of Idaho and Wine Co. of Moscow — Not an exact science: Wine & Food •

Terry Eckwright, Wine Co. of Moscow — Why wine? •
