Palouse-Clearwater Environmental Institute
“connecting people, place and community”
In advance of the 2013 Palouse Basin Water Summit, the City of Moscow and Avista Corporation are co-sponsoring a free film “Liquid Assets – The Story of Our Water Infrastructure” on Monday, September 16th, 5:30-8pm at the Kenworthy Performing Arts Centre in downtown Moscow. The film recognizes the tremendous importance of our communities’ water systems and challenges us in new ways about how we value and support these systems going forward.
