Sage McCetich, Board Treasurer
Sage McCetich, formerly Sage Francetich, is the Designated Broker/Owner of Blue Sky Real Estate, LLC and Green Grass Real Estate, LLC, and has been a real estate agent and REALTOR® since 2016. Sage was born and raised in Moscow, ID, and he’s very familiar with the benefits of living in and investing in the Moscow community and the greater Palouse. As the son of Kane and Debra Francetich, who own and manage multi-unit properties in Moscow, he became interested in property management, real estate investment analysis, remodeling, and the perks of homeownership and equity appreciation himself, and has built a broad skill set to be able to advise his clients expediently and thoroughly. Sage attended local elementary, middle, and high schools, and graduated from the University of Idaho with his Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing with an Entrepreneurship Emphasis in just 3 years following high school. His knowledge of single family, multi-residential, and commercial investment markets alongside his cheerful demeanor and problem-solving skills make him a valuable asset to any investor, homeowner, or home buyer in Idaho, as well as in Washington.
A few of Sage’s hobbies include cooking, soccer, travelling, wine tastings, playing table and yard games. He and his wife, Kate, and their dog, Max, love going on walks when the grass is green and the skies are blue. He also enjoys hiking, camping and foraging local mushrooms. Sage is dedicated to his community, as he has served on several nonprofit boards, managed multiple local public office campaigns, and serves on the Fair & Affordable Housing Commission for the City of Moscow. You’ll often see him at local restaurants, local parks, community events, fairs and markets, professional networking events, and Moscow’s weekly Farmer’s Market.
