Community Yard Sale and Sustainability Fair

It’s spring cleaning time, and we’ve been busy getting our supplies organized for our upcoming restoration season. We’ve discovered that we have plenty of extra stuff, so we’re holding a Community Yard Sale and Sustainability Fair! This event is open to the public, and entry is free.

Have you done some spring cleaning of your own? Table space is available for just $10—we’ll provide a 6-foot table and chairs, you bring your goods to sell! Each person will handle collection of their own money. To find out more, or sign up for a table, email info@pcei.org.

Join us to shop a variety of treasures on Saturday, March 22nd from 10am – 3pm in the Greenhouse at the Palouse Nature Center (so we’ll be warm and dry, rain or shine), 1040 Rodeo Dr., Moscow. In addition to PCEI’s goods and those from members of the community, there will also be fabulous participating vendors::

• 🍔 Humble Burger will be serving lunch from about 11am-2pm.
• 🌈 Tye Dye Everything is going to be dyeing on-site and selling their beautiful tye-dyed clothing and items.
• 🪛 Repair Café will present live repairs and educate community members on how they can save money, learn new skills, and keep as many things out of the landfill as possible.
• 👕 UI Apparel, Textiles + Design Club will be selling clothing pieces they made, and will offer presentations on upcycling clothing.
• 🖥️ Maker’s Haven is offering a live electronics repair exhibition and will have 3D-printed toys and tools for sale, along with other cool gadgets and perhaps a few premium computer items.

Some of PCEI’s sale items include office furniture and items, tools, a Craftsman riding lawn mower, fishing tackle and gear, six weed whackers, a Craftsman table saw, reptile terrariums, Black & Decker hedge trimmer with battery and charger, motorcycle helmets, a lumber rack, a truck bed cover, youth education items/toys, and so much more!
