Idaho Gives

It’s Idaho Gives time, hooray! Now through May 4th, support PCEI and other amazing non-profit organizations through Idaho Gives, an impactful state-wide fundraiser. We appreciate your support of our work in restoration, environmental education, serving, and sustainable living! Donating is easy at Idahogives.org.

We’ll be celebrating Idaho Gives along with other local non-profits at two events this week. Tuesday from 5-7pm meet us at Moscow Brewing Company. For every donation, you’ll get a raffle ticket for a prize pack from Moscow Brewing and Happy Hog Meatery plus $1 off your beverage purchase.

Wednesday, we’ll be at One World Cafe from 2-5pm. Each $50 donation earns a $5 gift card from One World, and for every $100 gift, you’ll get a $10 gift card.

One of PCEI’s main areas of focus is restoration. Our Restoration Team is dedicated to environmental conservation and educating the public by engaging volunteers in service-learning opportunities. PCEI’s restoration team is busily putting over 15,000 native plants in the ground this spring! Your Idaho Gives donation will support PCEI’s restoration efforts, which include a variety of projects such as riparian/wetland restoration, Palouse Prairie rehabilitation, watershed planning, biological monitoring, and water quality protection.

If you have enjoyed exploring the Palouse Nature Center or Rose Creek Nature Preserve, consider making a donation through Idaho Gives before Thursday, May 4th. These two treasured public preserves have provided the community easy-to-access open space for exercise, fresh air, and tranquility. Additionally, they are a space for the community to come together for events such as Pubbin’ on the Patio, Taste of PCEI, the Watershed Festival, drumming camp, sound baths, weddings, baby showers, graduation parties, and much more. Your Idaho Gives donation will ensure that these beautiful spaces remain well cared for, clean, and safe.

PCEI’s educational programs inspire the mind, captivate the heart, and awaken the senses through nature learning and play for all ages. Education happens on a daily basis, whether at our outdoor school, camps and field trips, after school programs, community workshops and festivals, or learning while wandering through our Palouse Nature Center or Rose Creek Nature Preserve. Your gift through Idaho Gives ensures that we continue educating the next generation of environmental stewards.
