Full Moon Sound Bath

Mark your calendars! Join Nara Woodland of Brain Body Balance Sound Therapy for her third restorative sound bath under the full moon 🌕 in the Greenhouse at PCEI’s Palouse Nature Center. Be sure to bring your own warm blanket or sleeping bag, yoga mat, flashlight, water bottle, donation, a friend, and an intention. Plan on arriving a few minutes early to get set up.

The suggested donation is $20, and Nara is generously donating 10% of the proceeds to PCEI, and 10% to League of Women Voters—it is Election Day after all!
